Bridgerton Cheese Board
Description
Make this sweet, Bridgerton-themed cheese board for your next English tea party, or pair it with your favorite British TV drama.
Ingredients
The Cheese
- Brie wheel
The Produce
- Black berries
The Cookies
- Macarons
- Walkers Shortbread cookies
- Letter cookies
The Garnishes
- Round paper doily cut in half
- Crown cake topper
- Edible flowers
Instructions
- Add the doily to the bottom of the board (curve facing down), then add the whole brie wheel so it looks like the brie “face” is wearing a Victorian collar.
- Next, layout a mound of berries above the brie in the shape of Queen Charlotte’s extravagant wig.
- Stick the crown cake topper into the side of the brie and arrange so the crown sits on top of the cheese "head" and over the berry "wig."
- Add the macarons to the long sides of the board, use the letter cookies to spell out B-R-I-D-G-E-R-T-O-N (or B-R-I-E-G-E-R-T-O-N...ha! get it?). across the top, then add the shortbreads to the bottom.
- Decorate the berry wig and fill any empty spots with edible flowers and serve with tea!
