These phyllo cups, filled with brie and cranberry, take a tiny amount of effort, but make a big impression!
- 1 1.9-oz package phyllo cups
- 2-3 oz brie cut into 3/4-inch cubes
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the phyllo cups on the prepared sheet about 1 inch apart. Add one brie cube to each cup. Bake for 5-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling slightly.
Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving platter. Top each cup with about 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce.
