Snackle Box Charcuterie

Description

Make this super portable snack tackle box so you can take your charcuterie wherever you go!

Ingredients
  

Meat

  • Salame secchi log sliced

Cheese

  • White cheddar sliced
  • Medium cheddar sliced

Produce

  • Green grapes
  • Red apple sliced
  • Persian cucumber sliced
  • Baby carrots
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Celery halved

Carbs

  • Goldfish Crackers
  • Cheez-its Crackers
  • Pretzels
  • Trader Joe's Fig & Olive Crackers

Sweets

  • Trader Joe's Scandinavian Swimmers
  • Sour Patch Kids

Instructions

  • Measure and cut deli paper to fit the compartments of the top two levels of the tackle box. Place two food-safe reusable ice packs in the bottom level.
  • Place all the prepared produce into separate zip-top bags and place on top of the ice packs in the bottom layer.
  • Add the Goldfish, Cheez-its, pretzels, sour patch kids, and swimmers into individual compartments in the second level of the box.
  • Line the salami, white cheddar, and medium cheddar in separate sections inĀ  the top level. Add the crackers in a line alone the back of the top level. Enjoy!
