Cheesy Pull Apart Bread

Description

This pull apart cheese bread recipe is perfectly cheesy, garlicky, and tasty.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 crusty loaf (I like sourdough!)
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 8-10 tbsp Garlic, Parmesan & Herb Snack Spread
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp sliced green onions

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350F and bring the butter to room temperature.
  • Cut the bread on a diagonal, then cut again to create 1" diamonds, but make sure not to cut all the way through.
  • Use your fingers or a butter knife to pry open the cuts and spread on the butter and stuff with mozzarella. Brush surface with remaining butter (if you’re having trouble brushing on the softened butter, melt it!).
  • Wrap the bread with foil and bake until the cheese has mostly melted, 20 minutes. Then unwrap and bake until crust is browned and  toasted, 5-10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with chopped parsley and green onions. Best served warm!
