  • 1 tbsp blackberry jam (or jam of your preference)
  • 2 fresh rosemary sprigs

For the Board

  • Baked Brie
  • Sourdough flatbreads
  • Baguette sliced
  • Fig jam
  • Honey
  • Red & Green Apples sliced
  • Pears sliced
  • Pomegranate quartered
  • Dried orange slices
  • Blackberries
  • Roasted & Salted Almonds
  • Fresh rosemary

Instructions

Make the Baked Brie

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • In a small cast iron pan or a small oven-safe pan, add 1 mini Brie wheel then top with 1 tablespoon blackberry jam (or jam of your preference) and 2 rosemary sprigs. Bake for 8 to 12 minutes, then remove from the oven and serve immediately.

Assemble the Board

  • Start by placing the warm pan of brie towards the end of the board. Add the fig jam and honey, along with a honey dipper for serving, to separate ramekins or small bowls and place on the other end of the board.
  • Fan the sliced baguette, apples, and pears around the pan.
  • Add the flatbreads to the edge of the board (opposite from the baguette), then add the pomegranate to the center.
  • Fan the orange slices and any remaining apple or pear around the honey and jam bowls.
  • Add blackberries on top of the brie, then garnish the board with the remaining blackberries, almonds, and a few sprigs of rosemary.
