Instructions
Add the plain hummus to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil and lemon slices. Add the pine nut hummus to a second bowl and top the pine nut mixture. Add the beet hummus to a third small bowl and top with chopped beets. Place the bowls in the center of a board.
Arrange the bell peppers, carrots, radishes, snap peas, cucumbers, celery, tomatoes, mini pitas, and pita chips around the edge of the board in separate sections, being sure to separate similar colors.
