In the base of a food processor, combine ricotta and 2 tablespoons olive oil until smooth.
Meanwhile, lightly grease a small, microwave-safe bowl with olive oil. Add honey to bowl and microwave until warmed.
Transfer whipped ricotta to a shallow serving bowl and smooth into an even layer. Drizzle with remaining 2 tablespoons olive oil, then top with warmed honey.
Sprinkle with salt, chili flakes, and chopped parsley, to taste.
