A salad isn’t just lettuce, raw veggies, and dressing. To me, a salad is the perfect opportunity to combine new and exciting flavors, and you’ll find that I often do! Of course I love all the classics, like cobb, caesar, and waldorf salad, all of which you can find here–who doesn’t?

But I also love to add rich cheeses, like burrata and brie, delicious fresh fruit, like citrus, peaches, and strawberries, and tantalizing toppers, like roasted pistachios, pomegranate seeds, and so much more. Sky’s the limit when it comes to salads!
