    Welcome to BOARDING SCHOOL! Here you’ll find styling tips to make stunning charcuterie boards, cheese boards, grazing boards & beyond for any occasion.

    And while the french word “charcuterie” is technically limited to cold cured meats, it took on a more varied definition on social media over the past few years. You might have heard of “dessert charcuterie,” “breakfast charcuterie,” or even a cheese board without meat called a charcuterie board. Though I’m technically a rule follower, I like to have a little fun with it here and there.

    SALTED CARAMEL WHITE RUSSIAN 🍸 Recipe below. ⬇️

* 1 tablespoon caramel sauce (or syrup) plus more for garnish
* 2 ounces vodka
* 1 ounce Kahlua
* 1 ounce heavy whipping cream, whipped
* flaky sea salt, for garnish

1️⃣ Drizzle caramel syrup on the bottom of the use frother to create design 
2️⃣ Pour vodka and Kahlua into prepared glass.
3️⃣ spoon whipped cream on top
4️⃣ Garnish top with a drizzle of caramel sauce and a pinch flaky sea salt

I like to mix it all together for one yummy sip!

I know what you’re thinking… “I don’t have a kitchen torch handy,” but they’re under $20 and easy to use, so it might be worth it for you to impress your guests every so often. The key is to bake the brie before you Brûlée so it’s gooey to begin with (and perfect for dipping). #AintTooProudToCheese

INGREDIENTS

1 (8 ounce) wheel triple cream brie, top rind cut off
1 tablespoon cane sugar
Crostini and/or strawberries for serving

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Place brie onto a oven-safe pan, cut-side up. 
3. Bake brie for about 5 minutes.
4. Spread an even layer of sugar over the top of the brie.
5. Using a blow torch, brulée the top fo the brie for about 2 to 3 minutes or until sugar melts and caramelizes. Allow sugar to cool and harden, 1 to 2 minutes.
6. Serve with crostini and strawberries, and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS

- 1 Croissant
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 4 oz. Burrata Ball
- 2 Prosciutto slices
- ¼ cup Pistachios
- 1 tsp Butter
- Olive Oil
- Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. “Smash” the croissant with a roller.
2. Melt butter in a pan and lay the croissant.
3. Layer honey on the croissant and flip.
4. Lay a piece of parchment paper over and press down with a weighted pan. 
5. Wait until the honey has caramelized, flip and repeat on the other side
6. Let the croissant cool for 1-2 minutes or until honey has hardened.
7. Layer with burrata, olive oil, salt, pistachios, and prosciutto. Enjoy!

NOTE: we piled on the burrata on this one, but feel free to only use half a ball.

INGREDIENTS

Focaccia
Pesto
Mozzarella
Parmigiano Reggiano, shredded 
Red Peppers
Arugula
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Toast focaccia, and in separate bowl, dress arugula with olive oil and salt.
2. Spread the pesto on both sides, and layer ingredients. Enjoy!
