How to Cut the Kiwi

Instead of just slicing, peeling and dicing, and halving and scooping, try this technique for making zig-zagged kiwis to garnish your board. Cut a zig-zag pattern around the middle, with the knife about halfway deep. Use your hands or the knife to separate the halves and reveal your masterpiece!
