Over the last few years, I’ve learned a lot about cheese pairings. Primarily, that they are personal and vary. While I like to follow general rules like pairing salty & sweet or complimenting a robust cheese with a more plain craker, I encourage you to find your favorite combos.
The best way to get to know your cheeses & meats is by sampling many of them. While my boards are usually filled to the brim with no spaces, I made this one with thoughtful cheese tasting in mind. I’ve spaced out a variety of cheeses, charcuterie and accoutrements with room to thoughtfully sample ingredients and develop your own cheese preferences.
