Goat cheese is one of my absolute favorites, but whipping goat cheese into a dip makes it even better. Goat cheese and honey is one of the best flavor combos for a sweeter cheese experience. The best part is how easy it is. It’s sweet, a little tangy, and it goes well with just about everything! Seriously, all you have to do is throw a couple things in a food processor, put it in a serving bowl, and dig in!

Whipped Goat Cheese Recipe
- 1 (8-ounce) package goat cheese, room temperature
- 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon fresh lemon zest
- Pomegranate arils
- Bunch of mint
- Crackers (I like the Apricot, Pistachio & Brandy Artisan Crisps from Rustic Bakery)
Directions
- In a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment add the goat cheese, greek yogurt, honey, and lemon zest. Mix on medium high until everything fully incorporated and the cheese is fluffy. (You can also use a hand mixer or a good ol’ fashioned spoon!)
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Top with pomegranate arils and mint leaves, and serve with crackers on the side.
Other Whipped Goat Cheese Toppings
If pomegranate and mint aren’t your thing, try adding one of these toppers that go equally well with the honey-lemon flavors:
- Fresh fruit (like blackberries, cherries, and raspberries)
- Fruit compote (try this recipe!)
