holiday charcuterie board cheese platter

To get ready for the holidays, I teamed up with @TheDelicious and @PSIMadeThis to create a festive cheese board! This board has it all–cheese, meats, fruits, veggies, and a lot of Christmas cheer! It’s perfect for serving before Christmas dinner or bringing to a holiday party for some wow factor. The best part is, you can swap in your favorite cheeses, charcuterie, and produce–just stick with the green and red theme and you’ll get the same effect.

How To Make This Christmas Cheese Platter

  • Add the crackers to the edges of the board (or serve on the side!).
  • Add the larger produce, like grapes, to the board first, then fill in the holes with the rest of the produce, being sure to separate lime colors.
  • Garnish with rosemary and serve!

How To Make That Cool Brie Cut Out

Take a look at the video above to see how we did it here. We simply cut off a slice from the top of the brie’s rind and used a cookie cutter, then placed it back on. However, there is another option where you cut all the way through brie. You can find a very helpful in-depth video tutorial on this 4th of July Cheese Board Post.

The Best Board for this Spread

This is a pretty big spread, so we brought in the big guns for this one! We used this reclaimed pine rectangle charcuterie board from etu home (available on Amazon). It’s 29 x 16. A more slightly more affordable option would be this Jk Adams Heritage Wood Serving Board (28 x 16) from Crate & Barrel or this Large Acasia Wood Paddle Cutting Board from World Market (35 x 13) for half the price!
