Santa Cheese Board Ingredients
- 12 oz Italian Dry Salame
- 8 oz Chorizo Salame, sliced
- 13 oz brie wheel
- 3 oz ciliegine
- 10 oz aged white cheddar, crumbled
- 1 cherry tomato, halved crosswise
- 1 black olive, quartered
- 8 oz green grapes
- 2 black licorice button candies
- Rosemary sprigs, for garnish
How to Make a Santa Charcuterie Board
- Chill brie in the freezer for 15-20 minutes. Meanwhile, cut out two circles from the Italian Dry Salame to make rosy cheeks.
- Slice off the top ¼-inch of brie, and set aside. Cut off the bottom fourth of the brie to make the bottom of Santa’s head (reserve it for another use). Place the brie in the center of a board. Cut a mustache out of the brie rind and place towards the bottom of the brie Santa. Add half the cherry tomato to make a nose and two black olive to make eyes. Add the salami cheeks.
- Lay Chorizo Salame in shape of hat above the brie, and add the ciliegine “trim” at the bottom, and one at the tip of the hat. Shape crumbled white cheddar into a beard below the brie.
- Fold Italian Dry Salame in half, and then in thirds resembling an “S” shape. To make his body, add five pieces to a skewer; repeat until you have 4 skewers. Place under his beard. For his arms, add seven pieces to a skewer; repeat until you have 2 skewers. Add to each side of his body, then add two slices of Italian Dry Salame for his shoulders. Add the two licorice buttons to the center of his coat.
- Add the green grapes to the board around Santa in a wreath shape. Garnish with rosemary. Enjoy!

Wreath Ideas for Santa Snack Board
Feel free to swap in something else for the grapes! I personally like to keep it green, but feel free to make it your own!
- Granny smith apple slices
- Crudite (green bell pepper, cucumber, celery)
- Green pear slices
- Green holiday tortilla chips (blue corn works well too!)
- Baked green pea snacks (like Harvest Snaps)
Mrs. Claus Charcuterie Board
Having made a Santa Charcuterie the previous year, I realized Mrs. Claus never gets enough love, so I set out to make a board dedicated to her.
Instructions are similar to Santa’s in this post, with a few changes noted below:
- use the top of the brie rind to cut out a frilly collar
- Instead of using the crumbled cheddar for Santa’s beard, I used it or her hair and cute bangs.
- Added lips made of strawberry pieces
- for the wreath around Mrs. Claus, I used red strawberries, green grapes and green kiwi’s (cut into flowers).
