The best Easter bunny craft ideas are the ones you can eat! This Easter cheese board will be the cutest addition to your holiday feast–serve it as an adorable appetizer or make it the centerpiece. It features a brie Easter bunny, lemon and goat cheese “flowers”, cheddar “carrots”, fresh berries, and butterfly-shaped crackers. It doesn’t get much Spring-ier!
Making holiday-themed charcuterie boards has become a staple around here, and brie is my favorite way to bring characters to life! Plus, brie is always a crowd-pleaser. I have a skeleton for Halloween, Santa for Christmas, and now a bunny for Easter!

Easter Cheese Board Recipe
As with all of my recipes, I want you to make this bunny board your own! Feel free to swap in different ingredients and flavors, like orange curd instead of lemon, gouda or colby jack slices instead of cheddar, camembert instead of brie, flavored goat cheese (honey would be delish!)–you get the idea!
Ingredients
- 3 (13-ounce) brie wheels
- 2 mini brie bites
- 3 pink candy almonds
- 2 black M&M’s
- 5 Raincoast Crisp crackers (flavor of your choosing)
- 2 ounces goat cheese
- 1 ounce lemon curd
- 1 celery stalk
- 3 cheddar slices
- 5 parsley leaves
- 20 butterfly crackers
- 12 ounces blueberries
- 2 ounces blackberries
Directions
- Cut two bunny ear-shaped pieces off the sides of one brie wheel.
- Place two whole brie wheels at the bottom and in the center of the board to create the head and body of the bunny (they should be touching). Add the two ear-shaped cutouts above the center brie wheel.
- Place brie bites on the center brie wheel (head) to create the cheeks, then add a pink candy almond, horizontally, above them to create the nose. Place the two M&M’s towards the center of the same wheel to create the eyes. Place the remaining pink almonds vertically on the ears.
- Form 1 teaspoon-size balls of goat cheese and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Place one chilled goat cheese onto each Raincoast Crisp cracker, then gently press with your thumb to create the flower shape with a well in the center. Carefully spoon the lemon curd into each thumbprint.
- Cut 5 very thin slices of celery from the stalk and place on the bottom of the board to create flower stems, then place the flower crackers at the top of each stem.
- Cut the cheddar slices into 5 carrot shapes. Arrange the cheddar carrots along the bottom of the board between the celery “stems.” Garnish each cheddar carrot with parsley leaves to create the carrot greens.
- Place butterfly crackers along the top edge of the top, layering them to fit.
- Scatter the blueberries on the top half of the board to create the sky and nestle in the blackberries, being sure to space them out evenly. Enjoy!
Pro tip: Make this board a kid-friendly Easter craft! Start by doing all the slicing, then once the knife work is done, pull up a step stool and put those little hands to work assembling this creative board. It’s edible art (and a whole lot less messy than dying eggs)!

Easter Cheese Board Substitutions
Here are some ideas for ingredient swaps to suit your dietary needs:
Dairy-free:
- Make your bunny with Rebel Cheese’s vegan brie or The Uncreamery’s cashew-based brie (Note: these are only 5 ounce wheels and will make a smaller bunny!)
- Use non-dairy goat cheese for the flowers, like Treeline’s Vegan Goat-Style Cashew Cheese
- Good Planet Foods Sharp Cheddar Style Slices or Follow Your Heart Dairy-Free Medium Cheddar Style Slices make great non-dairy carrots!
Nut-free:
- Skip the almonds and opt for pink strawberry yogurt covered raisins, pink jelly beans, pink M&M’s, or really any pink, ideally oval, substitute you can dream of!
Gluten-free:
- Make your “flowers” with these Maine Crisp Buckwheat Crackers or Mary’s Gone Crackers
